What OJC wants:
OJC would like to utilize the 2nd floor postal inspectors gallery
(existing U-C IMC tech space) for their servers. This is the same
space that currently houses the chambana.net servers and the WRFU
transmitter.

What the U-C IMC gets:
OJC will allow the U-C IMC to use the patch panel, rack space, and
other newly added equipment pending availability and as long as it
does not compromise OJC systems.

OJC will replace the west entry door (the door located within OJC
space) with a double cylinder deadbolt/knob requiring an OJC key to
open from both the inside and the outside.

OJC will re-key the east entry door with a new U-C IMC controled key
to be issued on a need basis to U-C IMC Tech Group memebers.  This
door will remain always open from the inside.

OJC will pay for ventilation upgrades that the space may require.

OJC will pay for power upgrades the space may require.

Please let me know if there are any concerns regarding this before
this evenings meeting at 5:30.
