[IMC-Tech] Shutting Down Comments or the Site Until New Site is Live

I just want to say "me too" about making the transition to the new  
site. Our Green Party sites on imsahp are more often than not either  
slow or unresponsive. If it persists I will need to move to another  
hosting service or bring in my own server if chambana will let me co- 
locate (can I do this yesterday? I have a machine waiting). I don't  
want to lose voters because of people spamming the IMC website.
