[UCIMC-Tech] request for 2 new Bike Project lists

	I'd like to create two new mailing lists for The Bike Project on  
chambana.net machines:

bikecoop-members
bikecoop-mechanics

	I can be set as admin for the time being (Barry Isralewitz,  
barryi at ks.uiuc.edu).
