[IMC-Tech] Syndication of UCIMC to USIMC was Re: ucimc.org article

Brian,
I'm cc-ing this to IMC-tech. I don't know anything about syndication, 
either, but Dan or David should be able to help with this. I believe 
that the website did syndicate successfully to US IMC since it was 
upgraded to Drupal, but it has been broken for some time now. We really 
do needd to get this working.
