[UCIMC-Tech] Fwd: Internet Access in basement

Tech Group,

Is anyone available to help us out?  I've gotten no responses to my previous
two emails.   Apparently there is still no internet service in the basement
and BTP has a work day scheduled for tonight.  None of us can get into the
office upstairs to check out the situation so we need some help!

Tech group,

Is anyone able to help with this?  BTP is without internet connection and it
seems that maybe a cable upstairs is disconnected.  We have a work session
tomorrow night and a backlog of data entry because we were without internet
service over the weekend.
