[UCIMC-Tech] Family Room hub

I restored Ethernet service to Heidi Johnson. The problem was that
someone had shifted her cable to the port next to the uplink port
on the Family Room hub. According to Linksys, this should not be
done, so I shifted the cable to another port, and Heidi's cable
went live.
