[IMC-Tech] More of same

I just sent the same message to Print with the same hold for
administration. I'm an administrator of the Print list, so I
looked, and found the same error message but no other
explanation. I'm going to send the identical message to
imc-tech just after this message. Would someone please take
a look at it and see what's going on? I assume that it too will
be held for moderation.
