of volunteers arriving any minute to work.

 Hello all,
Liz, from prairie center will bring a group of 5 individuals to volunteer at
btp at 2 pm till 3:45. Deb, are you the key staff today? Jane won't be at
btp today so please let me know who is going to be there to supervise the
new volunteers.  We need letters to be processed for the volunteers to pull
out (only 10 letters are ready) but the internet is still out as of 11 am.
Jay, do you know what's wrong with the system?
