Danielle,
My guess is it's temporary. I think I did admin a message through from 
you yesterday, IIRC (or was it Finance?), but that was because it was 
way too large for the limit set on messages. But it went through. 
However, I don't know what causes a 554 error, other than that it 
couldn't connect.

I just sent a test message through without any problem, so if it's a 
connectivity problem, it seems OK now.
