Subject: Sunday, June 15th reservation
Hi Shows,
On Sunday, June 15th, the community will be remembering our friend,
indymedia supporter, and revered civil rights activist Bob Wahfeldt, who
died in March, 2008, by mounting a display case with photos and memories of
him in the family room.    Bob aka Grandpa was a member of AWARE, the IWW,
and CUCitizens, all of whom meet or have met in that room.

Originally this started out as a small idea that has grown wings.  Bob aka
Grandpa is beloved by hundreds - and the announcement of this event has
already been made on the radio and listservs everywhere.  We now anticipate
100+ folks and need to reserve the Sun room and family room for this event.

So I scrambled and put it on the calendar as a hold. - Sunday, June 15th
from 2-5 PM.  The church uses the space until 2 PM - I would like to get
their contact info so that I can coordinate with them.  My guess is that
they will be taking down in the stage area as we set up in the sun room.

I will be at the shows group meeting around 7:30 briefly to discuss.  The
IMC owes me $400 and I will take $75 out of this to pay for the space - I
will arrange with Joy.
