I have used picasa for the IMC spaces for rent - feel free to check out the
link:

It's not bad - easy to use, etc but I believe it has to be attached to a
gmail account, so we could creat a new one for all to have access or it will
have to have an administrator.  Also, if you change the name of an album the
webpage name changes, so old links in webpages, emails etc wont work.
