[UCIMC-Tech] "More" Is Always "Local"

I was poking around and discovered something I think has changed at some 
point. Or maybe it should change if it's just that I missed it before.

In the centered 3 menus that show the respective last 5 stories in the 3 
Newswires at the top of the page, there is a small hotlink below each 
that says "more". However, each "more" takes the ONLY to the Local 
Newswire.

While I think promoting the Local Newswire is something we should do as 
much of possible, I think this just confuses the reader. If it's easily 
changed, I'd be for making each "more" lead to the respective newswire 
-- or even a mashup of what's most recent globally from the 3 Newswires.
