[UCIMC-Tech] Admin Problem on Email Lists

I was unable to do the admin on the half-dozen IMC lists I normally do 
every morning. When I got back from campus, I found that I had received 
the normal 8am notices that are auto-generated daily, but still could 
not get access to admin the IMC lists as of now. Not sure if this 
applies to all chambana lists, but does to many IMC lists.
