[UCIMC-Tech] Site Off-Line Continues?

I wanted to check to see if the server migration is complete. When I 
navigate away from the front page to individual article pages or various 
editor pages, I am still getting the Site Off-Line message (and vice 
versa) in many cases.  It seems to resolve itself after a few minutes in 
many cases, but in others it seems to actually be down for some time. Is 
this because there is still work going on or do I need to clear out old 
cookies or something?
