[UCIMC-Tech] Working Group Web sites

This is a guess- Josh may be doing some work toward migrating the
working group websites from separate installations of Drupal to the
new mutli-site install. I'm guessing this because the library site is
up, and I know it is on the new install. Just a guess though.
