[UCIMC-Tech] Working Group Web sites

Everything's back up now. One of our battery backup UPS's is toast,
unfortunately, but zeco's none the worse for wear. I'm thinking that this is
the reason for the one or two times in the past month that zeco went down,
which sucks but is way better than zeco having serious problems.
