[UCIMC-Tech] Website Is Slooooow

I restarted services, but I'm not sure what caused the problem, as I haven't
yet found any errors in the logs. Mango (the server that the site is hosted
on) seems to be suffering from massive load spikes, but since they are
happening on the master server and not the virtual jail that I have admin
access to, there's not anything I can do about them. I'm going to look at
migrating things to pryde, our dedicated offsite server that just got put on
a fatter pipe.
