[UCIMC-Tech] Website and Chambana Down

Josh,
The site was working this morning, but I haven't been able to get it to 
respond since 11am-ish. I can't sign in and attempts to post without 
being logged in give this error message "Invalid CAPTCHA token."

Also, chambana email is also down. It sent the admin queue this morning, 
but I've been unable to reach it to take care of the current queues.

I know there some work that was going to be done in the server room. 
Seems like this might be the issue?
