[UCIMC-Tech] Clock Time

Hi Mike,

Sorry about that, it looks like the timezone got reset when I installed
some new Date modules for the work I'm doing on the new volunteer
calendar. Should be fixed now.

Btw, I think I figured out why old content was showing up in the admin
queues. When I got the request to change the length of the teasers on
the front page, I clicked to regenerate the teasers sitewide. but when
it processed those nodes it also called the hooks for automatic path
generation. So older content that never had a fancy path (like
content/interesting-chambana-events as opposed to node/2329) got their
paths changed, and it counted as new as far as the content moderation
system was concerned, and got pushed to the top of the stack. Sorry, I
didn't know it would do that and there isn't really any way to put it
back I don't think, but it should be a one-time rather than ongoing
problem. Let me know if old articles keep showing up at the top again.

Also, a lot of the image uploading and embedding problems are fixed.
Still working on getting page formatting correct; it's tough when
there's so much pasted content from other sources.
