[UCIMC-Tech] mailman command-line

Hello,

   I'd like to send command-line list admin commands to mailman.
(To do  mail list additions from our new-member Paypal scripts)

Likely I'd just need to  want to run a subset of the scripts listed at
http://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/site.html

  Josh/Dan/others: do you know the best way to do this? I'm guessing  
mailman is running on mail.chambana.net, but I don't have a login on  
this machine (I think)...
