Something to be aware of is that Jacob is a new tenant and we shouldn't 
take on the burden of maintaining internet service unless there is some 
built-in way to recover some revenue to support it. The only commitment 
we have with tenants is that we provide free wireless access, but 
without any service guarantee. Is there an issue with being able to use 
the wireless in 223?
