[UCIMC-Tech] peace/peace-discuss e-mail messages aren't going out?

Jenifer Cartwright noted that the peace and peace-discuss
mailing lists were awfully quiet, and I'm seeing the same problem.
The last peace-discuss message I received was on Monday night
about 9pm; but, just checked the archives, and some two dozen
messages have reached the list archive since then but haven't reached me.

Is chambana.net's outgoing mail wedged?
