[UCIMC-Tech] rfu-finance error

The mailman administration interface for rfu-finance (
http://lists.ucimc.org/cgi-bin/admindb/rfu-finance) does not load, and I've
been entering the url beginning with lists.chambana.net to make it work, but
still all the links and forms point back to lists.ucimc.org, which yields a
404 error.

If this is something I could learn how to fix I would enjoy learning how to
fix it or watching someone else fix it.
