The only way to delete or edit old postings requires database access 
permissions. Josh is most likely the only person able to do this. He 
will need links to the specific posts which are a problem.

In general, the list archives are set-up to be permanent records that 
are public. Some lists have non-public archives, but these are 
relatively few. It's a good idea to let all users know as much as 
possible that editing and/or deletion of posts in a major PITA.
