[UCIMC-Tech] books2prisoners.org domain name problem at the IMC only

Tech,
Does anyone know why this keeps happening?  We can't access
books2prisoners.org from inside the IMC.  There is some problem with DNS
only in our building.

We can access it just fine using our host IP and web home directory
http://204.11.72.69/~books2pr<http://204.11.72.69/~books2pr/outreach_coordinator.php>/
 but books2prisoners.org does not resolve.  Again, this is not a problem
anywhere except in the IMC that I'm aware of.  It's been an intermittent
issue for several years.

Thoughts?
