OK -- thanks for checking.

This one might be a transient error -- maybe a false alarm,
or at least not necessarily a chambana.net problem ...

Looking at the archive, it seems the message Jenifer reported
did reach the server.  And I got an e-mailed copy of it.  So maybe
everything's fine.  I am checking with Jenifer whether she's been
receiving peace-discuss e-mail messages this afternoon -- there have been several.
