[UCIMC-Tech] lists.chambana.net archives inaccessible?

When I try to see the list archives from some of the lists.chambana.net
mailing lists -- have tried peace, peace-discuss, and imc-tech itself --
I get an error message instead:

    https://lists.chambana.net/pipermail/imc-tech/
yields
    Forbidden
    You don't have permission to access /pipermail/imc-tech/ on this server.
