Many links are the following page are broken due to some CMS relative path
issue, or what may just be moved / deleted files.

http://ucimc.org/content/important-documents

for example IMC501c3Letter2006.pdf<http://ucimc.org/sites/ucimc.org/files/files/IMC501c3Letter2006.pdf>
points
to
http://ucimc.org/sites/ucimc.org/files/files/IMC501c3Letter2006.pdf    but
the file is actually at
http://ucimc.org/files/IMC501c3Letter2006.pdf
