[UCIMC-Tech] Urgent

Hi Tech type folks,

Carol's monitor is not working so she cannot work on the computer. She has
checked cords and rebooted and still nothing. Can you take a look ASAP?

Also, for some reason, I cannot print from my computer from gmail or word. I
have also rebooted.

Please confirm that you have received this and let us know an estimated time
that you can take a look so we can plan accordingly.
