IMC brings three free events for Open House on March 13*

The U-C Independent Media Center is holding an open house on Saturday,
March 13, featuring Skill Shares, the Really Really Free Market, and Food
Not Bombs to continue their celebration of 10 years of promoting social and
economic justice in the Champaign County area. Come to 202 S. Broadway St.
in Urbana (the post office building) from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to help
celebrate.

A *Skill Share* is a space for sharing practical skills to live more happy,
creative, and sustainable lives. This Skill Share will include sessions on
Improv Comedy (11am), the art of Tape Casting (11am), Theater of the
Oppressed (12p) and Vocal Percussion (12pm). Got a skill to share with the
community? For more info, visit:

www.ucimc.org/skillshare

The Really Really Free Market invites you to bring your under-used items to
share, and in return look for things you need for free. Everything really is
free. Free services are also welcome (such as haircuts or bike tune-ups).
The sky is the limit for this no-money, no-barter system in an increasing
commercial-driven world. For info on the RRFM movement, visit:

Food Not Bombs will be providing free vegetarian and vegan food for the
event. For more info on the Food Not Bombs movement, visit:

Feast, listen, watch, learn, give, take and enjoy at U-C IMC’s Open House!
