[UCIMC-Tech] hostmaster access issue?

I was attempting to clone the timeline site on hostmaster and was running
into some issues. In fact, I've had the same error attempting to make clones
& backups of the library website. Is there an issue with permissions since
I'm not listed in the "contact' field for the sites?
