[UCIMC-Tech] Website Down

Back up. Looks like the Apache processes got too big under some heavy
load last night and locked up. I'll try and tune it down, I've been
working on some tuning settings that are designed to avoid just this
kind of issue (they seem to have at least prevented the server itself
from locking up entirely under a memory condition). It would probably
behoove us to look into increasing the RAM across the board on the
servers, though, since many of them are running additional services
beyond their primary function (i.e., the web server is also running
Jabber, Status.net and the monitoring server besides the web stack, the
mail server is also running OpenLDAP besides mail and lists, etc).
