Updates from Tech:

UCIMC Help Desk
- Help Desk hours continue to be well attended. 3-5pm Tuesdays and
7-9pm Thursdays
- If working groups have issues or questions re: building network or
machine support, please visit the Help Desk or email
imc-tech at ucimc.org.
- We´ŕe looking for more tech volunteers to help expand hours.

Tech-Share Workshops
- Americorps member Brian Duggan is spearheading an effort to schedule
regular tech share workshops on various topics.
- Look for announcements soon and email tech/Brian if you want to get
involved sharing your tech skills
- We have a great LCD tv to present workshops on in the Library space
now. See Brian Duggan or the workshop schedule to learn about using
it.

Finance & CiviCRM support
- The finance machine was completely rebuilt, backups set up and
multi-user support enabled for Quickbooks
- Discussing CiviCRM and QB integrations
- Will be presenting CiviCRM training

Future Plans
- Standardize Drupal platforms of existing UCIMC websitesa
- Replace main firewall
- Redeploy & expand in-building wifi network, begin redeploying outdoor wifi
- Standardize deployment of public workstations & expand number of
public workstations
