Brian,
I really appreciate your helping troubleshoot this issue. We do receive and
send faxes, and increasingly more so. I had thought faxing was pretty much
obsolete. I thought wrong! It is actually quite surprising the number of
folks that come in to fax... at least once or twice per day to send or
receive. We (someone in the know) always has to be present and go through
the unplugging process. Ideally it would be great to receive faxes at any
time without having to manipulate the machines but I understand if that is
not practical.
