[UCIMC-Tech] Websites Down

Thanks to the efforts of Brian Duggan, Comcast restored Internet access
to the IMC. Apparently one of the boxes outside the building failed, and
had to be replaced, which most likely affected more than just the IMC.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Incidentally, I'm currently working to get
two off-site servers in place which should more than be able to handle
web and communication in the event of a Comcast outage (obviously won't
help Internet access in the building, though).
