[UCIMC-Tech] Membership link

Apparently you have to create a site account before you can access the
membership form. I'm not sure if that's the way it was before a couple weeks
ago, but we can work on it. I was able to access it once I logged in.

Also, we should be consistent with the links we make to the site, as that
might have something to do with it. IE: www.ucimc.org/membership instead of
ucimc.org/membership

I'll try to look into this more later.
