[UCIMC-Tech] prob w/ucimc.org page

Tech:
I just tried to fix this and couldn't. I've tried to have the "Donate"
button at the top of the site and the "Donate" page under "Support Us" link
to the same URL, but while the button at the top takes you to the correct
page, the "Donate" page under "Support Us" sends you nowhere.

What gives?
