[UCIMC-Tech] IMC and RFU Down

The convenient automated support message says that Comcast is
experiencing difficulties in our area. They expect the issues to be
resolved by 5:00pm.

I registered for a courtesy call when the issue is resolved. I'll write
again when I get it or whenever the network comes back up.
