[UCIMC-Tech] [Imc-bookkeeper] Status of the Production room

brian and i are planning to assess anything belonging to tech today and
tomorrow, and will remove those items from the production room an vault. it
would be helpful if others who have tech items in the room could also tag
those items with their working group name, that would be great. We wouldn't
want to remove anything that belonged to someone else.
