Chris,
We've been getting spam regularly that is posted as an image. Basically, 
a random string of capital and lower case letters as a title, then the 
usual spam in the caption. They don't bother uploading images (probably 
a good thing.)

And I delete them.

I noticed that there isn't a captcha associated with the Image entry 
form, so it's probably just a matter of configuring captchas for Images?
