We can set up a email alias I think with out having to create a new
account. Each time a new person comes in you could just remove the address
from your account and put it on the next person's.

And I suppose the wiki on a protected page might be a good spot for the
account information. However, if you want to have tech know about that
password we can definitely lock it away for safe keeping.
