Hi Daniel,

It turns out that chambana.net was one of the old Drupal sites that was 
recently compromised, which is why it was rightfully disabled but 
caused the fallthrough to the commotionwireless.net Apache rule. I'm 
reconstituting a new version of the site in my spare time, but it did 
not occur to me that since your personal site is in your user 
directory, that it would be affected by the redirect. Those two things 
don't have to be related, and I'll re-enable your site as soon as I can.
