[UCIMC-Tech] Internet down at Bike Project

No problem Jay. We had the same experience with BTP. They were back up for
a bit and then down again.

The basement has just been tough because there's no managed switch down
there (yet). I'll begin working on that this evening. Sorry for the
inconvenience.
