[UCIMC-Tech] [Grc-organizers] IMC tech issues update & GRC tech prep timeline

Just wanted to mention, although the server's hardware was upgraded
Wednesday evening, the server's various virtual machines were still
being tuned yesterday. So depending on when you checked, it might still
have been slow yesterday morning, but should have been better by
yesterday afternoon. This is all just straight up increasing the
available memory; I'll be looking at other, more specific ways to
optimize the GRC site in particular as well.
