[UCIMC-Tech] Fwd: Bounce action notification

Hi Chris, Jay,

Despite the fact that we haven't operated books2prisoners.org domain in 
a while, we still had an extraneous zone file in our zone file, which 
was pointing to a mailserver that is now inaccurate. I've removed that 
zone and mail seems to be flowing, if Lolita could confirm that would 
be great.
