[UCIMC-Tech] request for two more Occupy mailing lists

Hi Stuart,
I've created the two new lists and made you the list admin. You should have
received an email to this address confirming that with the lists' password.
You should be able to login to the mailman list admin page, add Mark as a
second admin and set any other options you need.
