[UCIMC-Tech] IMC Down

Hello everyone,
I confirmed that the issue is with Comcast and have spoken to their
business class tech support. Comcast will be sending a field tech to the
building tomorrow between 10am-2pm, and I've provided them with your cell,
Carol, for contact. If they need indoor access, it will be to the boiler
room to access the cable modem.

Until then all IMC websites and inside building connectivity will be down.
