[UCIMC-Tech] Main Page Page Not Found Error

This problem seems to be worsening. I now frequently encounter the Page 
Not Found error when moving around within the website when logged in. 
Usually I can overcome it by trying several different paths to get where 
I need to go, but it's just pretty random when and where it happens.
