Keep pecking at it and you'll get through eventually. It started off 
just every so often, but then grew substantially worse over the last few 
days. I can still get through sometimes when logged in.

Whatever changed also took away anonymous posting again -- or at least 
it will take someone more stubborn than me about getting through with 
multiple attempts.
