A few more things that need addressed next time we are able...

* When you are not logged in, the mainpage that is visible is just the 
Featured Item newswire. There is no local or global newswire.

* The Latest Comments should also have a slot on the mainpage. They just 
disappeared completely in the re-design. At a minimum, there should be a 
link to them from the mainpage.

* The sidebars with local and global news are only 3 articles deep. Five 
would be better (they used to be ten each, IIRC).

The good news? Anonymous publishing is working again this morning.
